Meet the Chef

Lance Hagan brings more than two decades of fine dining leadership across the Southeast to his role as Executive Chef of Glover Park Kitchen, a new concept rooted in the flavors and traditions of the American South. His vision is both reverent and forward-looking—to offer a modern, creative interpretation of Southern cuisine complemented by craft beer, cocktails, and distinguished wines, with a deep commitment to showcasing the region's vibrant produce and Gulf Coast seafood.

Chef Hagan's perspective has been shaped by formative experiences at some of the industry's most respected institutions, including mentorships under Gary Donlick of the renowned Pano's and Paul's and Gary Meanie at Table 1280, along with tenures as Sous Chef at Legendary Catering Company and Training Manager at Vail Resorts. "I want people to know the depth and tradition of Southern food," he says. "There's so much more to discover beyond fried chicken.”
